Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide from our clinic on the Gold Coast. We don't currently ship internationally. If that changes, we'll update this page.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it's on its way.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth)	3 to 5 business days
Regional Australia	5 to 7 business days
Remote areas (WA, NT, TAS, far regional)	7 to 10 business days

These are estimates from dispatch, not from the order date. Peak periods can add a few days.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking link arrives by email once your order leaves us. If a few days pass with no movement, get in touch and we'll chase it with the courier.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Any current free shipping offer will be shown clearly before you pay.

Packaging

Our essences are glass bottles preserved in organic brandy. Every order is wrapped and padded for transit. If anything arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and contact us — see our Refund Policy.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking link first. If it still looks stuck, contact us with your order number and we'll follow it up for you.

Wrong or incomplete address

If you spot an error in your address after ordering, contact us straight away. We can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after.
